Liasions Community Care LLC was founded by Francina Steele in 2020, certified nursing assistant since 2000, certified. Support specialist since 2015 Redemig lives Associated degree in public health from the American public university system. Have always been a nature and always wanted to help people, The vision was to always run a mental health facility and cater to the mental health and substance abuse population. Helping over 15,000 in the community

ABOUT THE OWNER

Francina was a single mother of 3 little kids.. When she moved to Durham in 2000 from Salisbury. She wanted to change her life from drug addiction and wanted to change her life. Kids fathers was incarcerated. Moved up here received section 8 had a 13 inch color TV, taught herself how to be a mother. Came off drug addiction and had anxiety and panic attacks and she learned how to overcome them and learned coping mechanisms.

She became more self-sufficient, hit rocky roads here and there but learned how to get back on the right path and now she runs a successful business covering 100 counties and helping 15,000 consumers receive housing and assistance.

It Started With a Heart for Helping Others.

Liasions Community Care was founded in 2020 by Francina Steele with a genuine heart for helping others and a deeply personal understanding of the challenges people can face along the way. Her vision was to create an organization where people could feel seen, respected, and supported as they worked toward greater stability and recovery.

What began with that vision has grown into a community-based behavioral health agency serving people navigating mental health challenges and substance use recovery. While Liasions has continued to grow, the heart behind the organization remains the same: meeting people where they are, building meaningful connections, and helping them move forward with hope.
