Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT)

A higher level of structured support for substance use recovery.

SACOT is designed for adults who need more frequent and intensive support for alcohol or drug use but do not require hospitalization or residential treatment.

Our highly structured treatment setting provides additional support for individuals working to reduce substance use, build stability, and manage challenges that could interfere with their recovery.

What You Can Expect

Group Options

SACOT generally meets five days per week. Liasions Community Care offers morning, afternoon, and evening groups to help make treatment more accessible.

Our goal is to provide the structure and support you need to become more stable, strengthen your recovery, and prepare for a less intensive level of treatment when appropriate.

Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP)

Our Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP) provides structured treatment and recovery support for adults who need more support than traditional outpatient care but do not require the higher level of structure provided through SACOT or 24-hour care.

Through a combination of group therapy, individualized treatment planning, recovery education, and supportive services, SAIOP helps individuals recognize triggers, manage cravings, develop healthy coping skills, and strengthen their ability to maintain long-term recovery.

Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where individuals can build lasting recovery skills while continuing to balance work, family, and everyday responsibilities.

What You Can Expect

Group Options

SAIOP generally meets three days per week, with morning, afternoon, and evening group options to help make treatment more accessible.

CST is designed for adults with serious mental health and/or substance use needs who may benefit from support in several areas of their lives.
